Pippa gets to know your business
A relaxed back-and-forth chat — a question or two at a time, never a form to fill in. First the practical bits (your email, your calendar, how you work), then how you want things handled — your services, your voice, your hours.

You decide to go ahead
When you’re ready, Pippa sends you a sign-up link: confirm your plan, tick to accept the terms, and set up your Direct Debit. Nothing is taken until your free month ends — so there’s no risk in saying yes.

Jacqui builds your PA
Behind the scenes, Jacqui personally configures your PA — typically within five working days. This only happens once you’ve signed up, so your PA is built just for you.
